These terms and conditions govern your use of the Iqram Selsr website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these conditions, please do not use our website.

Iqram Selsr reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Orders & Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We make every effort to ensure that prices displayed on our website are accurate; however, errors may occasionally occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly of such cancellation.

Fabric is sold by the metre. We make every effort to cut fabrics accurately, but please allow a tolerance of plus or minus 2 centimetres per metre due to the nature of hand-cut textiles. All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the goods selected. We will send you an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance takes place when the goods are dispatched and you receive a dispatch confirmation email.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return unused fabric within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Fabric must be returned in its original condition, uncut, unwashed, and with all original packaging. Cut or altered fabrics cannot be accepted for return unless they are defective.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@iqramselsr.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions for sending the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we have made an error in fulfilling your order.

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow an additional 5–7 working days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.

Product Information

We make every effort to display our fabrics as accurately as possible, including colour representation and texture detail. However, the appearance of colours on screen can vary depending on your monitor settings, lighting conditions, and the natural variations inherent in textile production. We recommend ordering a sample before committing to a larger purchase if colour accuracy is critical to your project.

Fabric specifications such as weight, width, and composition are provided in good faith and are based on information supplied by our mills. Minor variations may occur between production batches, which is a normal characteristic of natural textiles and does not constitute a defect.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Subject to this, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or connected with your use of our website or the purchase of products shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product(s) in question.

We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
