Shipping Options

At Iqram Selsr, we understand that receiving your fabric promptly and in perfect condition is essential. We offer a range of shipping options designed to suit every timeline and budget, all with the same commitment to careful packaging and reliable delivery that our customers have come to expect since 2015.

Packaging

All fabrics are carefully rolled around acid-free tissue paper and placed in protective packaging to prevent creasing, moisture damage, and transit wear. We never fold our fabrics for shipping, as this can create permanent creases that are difficult to remove, particularly in delicate materials such as silk and velvet.

Larger orders may be shipped in sturdy cardboard tubes for maximum protection. Sample cuts are sent in reinforced envelopes with protective backing to ensure they arrive in the same pristine condition as when they left our studio.

International Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. For international orders, please contact our customer service team at hello@iqramselsr.com and we will be happy to arrange shipping to your destination. International delivery times and costs vary depending on the location and the size of your order.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees levied by their country of residence. Iqram Selsr cannot predict or assume responsibility for these charges, which are determined solely by the receiving country's customs authorities.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time. If you have not received tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact our team for assistance.
